Common Questions

Why isn't the app showing any releases?

Tap SCAN to trigger a manual scan. On first launch the app scans automatically, but it may take 30–60 seconds to load results. Make sure you have an active internet connection.

I'm not getting push notifications.

Go to Settings → Notifications → KickIntel on your iPhone and make sure notifications are enabled. Notifications are sent for HIGH PRIORITY and ALERT tier drops only.

How accurate are the resale price estimates?

Resale prices are pulled from live StockX and GOAT market data at the time of each scan. Prices fluctuate — treat them as estimates, not guarantees. Always verify on the platform before making a purchase decision.

How often does the app scan for new releases?

KickIntel scans automatically every 30 minutes and again each time you open the app. You can also trigger a manual scan at any time by tapping the SCAN button.

What do the tiers mean?

▲ HIGH PRIORITY — 50%+ estimated resale margin.
◆ ALERT — 30–49% estimated resale margin.
● LOW ROI — Under 30% margin. Still tracked, lower priority.

How do I add a drop to my calendar?

Tap any HIGH PRIORITY or ALERT card to expand it, then tap ADD RELEASE TO CALENDAR. This opens Google Calendar with the release details pre-filled.

The app crashed or something looks broken.

Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, email us at the address below and include your iPhone model and iOS version — we'll look into it.
