KickIntel does not collect, store, or sell personal information. The app works without an account and does not track you.

What We Collect

KickIntel collects no personal data. Specifically:

No account required — no name, email, or password
No location data — the app never requests your location
No analytics or tracking — no third-party analytics SDKs
No advertising identifiers — we do not use IDFA or any ad tracking
No financial data — we do not access your bank accounts or payment information

What Stays On Your Device

KickIntel stores the following data locally on your iPhone only. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

Cached sneaker release data (so the app loads faster)
The timestamp of the last scan

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, Apple assigns your device an anonymous push token. This token is used solely to deliver drop alerts to your device. We do not store push tokens on our servers and cannot identify you from this token.

How the App Works

When you open KickIntel or tap Scan, the app makes an anonymous request to our Cloudflare-hosted server. The server queries an AI service to find upcoming sneaker releases and returns the results. No personal information is included in these requests — they are the equivalent of an anonymous web page load.

Third-Party Services

KickIntel relies on the following third-party services to function:

Links to StockX and GOAT within the app open those websites in your browser. We have no control over their privacy practices and recommend reviewing their policies separately.

Subscriptions

KickIntel Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Subscription management (purchase, renewal, cancellation) is governed by Apple's terms and your iTunes account settings.

Children's Privacy

KickIntel is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
